Job Description

  • Repair, maintain, and prepare hardware/software equipment to ensure it is always ready for use.
  • Maintain office equipment such as color printers and carbon paper printers, check print heads/ink, and send for repair or warranty claims when equipment malfunctions.
  • Manage and prepare conference equipment such as microphones, speakers, cameras, and sound systems for meetings or events, as well as programs used for meetings like Zoom, MS Teams, and Google Meet.

  • In development, create an internal company website using an Internal DNS Server and XAMPP, utilizing tools like VS Code and MSSQL for a web application CRUD to retrieve data from the server for display on the website, such as So Po Pr tasks and supplier/customer lists, as well as generating PDF/Excel reports for OEM production, significantly reducing licensing costs for employees accessing ERP programs. The development languages used include Laravel, JavaScript, JSON, Bootstrap, Node.js/Express.js, along with AI technologies like Cloud Code/Gemini/ChatGPT/Codex for UX/UI design of the website and other software systems, including transportation booking systems and attendance scanning notification systems.
  • Additionally, automate Microsoft 365 for sending email notifications to executives and explore new technologies relevant to the organization's business, such as smart factory sensors for temperature monitoring and product readiness alert systems.
  • In documentation, prepare annual PM documents, check software licenses on each employee's machine, create operational manuals, contingency plans, and impact assessments in case of server incidents, IT audit documents, and other tasks as assigned.
