Job Description

  • - Received and managed system usage issues from users across the organization through phone, Line Group, Email, and Incident System.
  • - Analyzed and categorized problems between system-related issues and user errors.
  • - Tested and analyzed issues in the UAT system to gather technical data and coordinated with the development team for resolution.
  • - Provided guidance and training on the correct usage of the system to users, referencing manuals and actual usage tests.
  • - Collected, analyzed, and summarized recurring issues for presentation in meetings and established preventive measures for future problems.
  • - Developed user manuals and preliminary troubleshooting guides.
  • - Managed and administered user access rights to the system (User Access Management).

Job Description
