Job Description

  • Project Management: Manage automation projects from initial concept design to final delivery and handover. - Customer Coordination: Coordinate with customers to present concepts, process flow, and control logic to secure project approval. - PLC & HMI Development: Develop and program advanced PLC and HMI systems for: - Mitsubishi: FX, Q, iQ-R series, and GOT2000. - Siemens: S7-1200 and TP700 Comfort. - System Design: Develop comprehensive machine functions, including Auto/Manual modes, Jog, Safety, Interlock, and Alarm systems. - Technical Documentation: Prepare essential technical documents, such as Inspection Function Program reports and Operation & Maintenance Manuals. - Testing & Commissioning: Perform system testing (FAT/SAT), on-site commissioning, and provide post-delivery support. - Training: Deliver finalized machines and conduct professional operator training to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Robot Integration: Expertly program and integrate KUKA robots with Siemens PLC systems. - Robot Teaching: Skilled in robot teaching for Cartesian and 6-axis robots across various applications, including: - Welding processes. - Pick & Place operations. - Glue Dispensing systems. - Electrical & Pneumatic Installation: Execute full electrical and pneumatic installations, including professional wiring according to technical drawings. - System Commissioning: Perform comprehensive system setup, commissioning, and on-site troubleshooting to ensure operational stability. - Program Optimization: Modify and optimize PLC and HMI programs to enhance machine performance and reduce errors. - Mechanical & Fabrication Support: Assemble machine structures and perform precise alignment. - Prepare detailed work reports and support basic fabrication tasks.
