Job Description

Sort accounting documents by category (e.g., revenue, expenses, purchases, and sales) to prepare for data entry. Verify the accuracy and completeness of financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and tax certificates before recording them in the accounts. Record accounting entries for purchases and sales, receipts and payments, initially using Microsoft Excel. Prepare value-added tax reports, summarize data, and create monthly sales tax reports to facilitate the submission of tax forms (P.P.30). Prepare withholding tax information: compile details and gather data for the submission of withholding income tax returns (P.N.D.3 and P.N.D.53). Organize and file accounting documents systematically by date and category in designated folders. Support the team by facilitating the search for accounting documents for team members to ensure ease and speed in verification.
