Job Description

• Design and development of 3D models - Two-story hotel project in contemporary Lanna style, design and create 3D models - Interior decoration of bedrooms in minimalistic style, design and create 3D models - Resort project in Khong Chiam, presenting project layout, design and create 3D models for two guest rooms - Design of swimming pool and common bathrooms for the Khong Chiam resort project - Model construction of the roof structure for two single houses in contemporary Lanna style - Site supervision and inspection - Site preparation and project layout planning, collaborating with supervising engineers on project control and layout planning - Quality inspection of construction work, conducting site inspections of wall construction and roof structure in collaboration with supervising engineers and architects - Site inspection of ceiling installation to learn installation procedures and verify material accuracy according to plans - Site inspection of opening installations, verifying materials and positions according to plans - Quality control and acceptance of painting work, inspecting the completion of wood furniture painting and wall painting - Damage assessment, conducting site inspections of damage to houses in the project following an earthquake, in collaboration with engineers and architects.
