Job Description

Gained knowledge of the construction processes and workflow for the Red Wood rental housing project, which is a single-story house, from inception to delivery to the client. - Traveled to various job sites as assigned. - Inspected and controlled the work site to ensure compliance with construction standards. - Reviewed and corrected construction drawings for site use and submitted requests for construction permits. - Oversaw the inspection of houses prior to handover and managed post-sale repair notifications, coordinating with other relevant teams.
