Job Description

  • - Update the names and photos of new employees in Excel.
  • - Prepare documents for new employees, including name tags, leave forms, locker assignments, and uniforms.
  • - Input employee names into the system and conduct facial scans for attendance tracking.
  • - Monitor absenteeism and tardiness, as well as track the hours worked by casual employees to calculate total hours and wages each week.
  • - Design posters for various announcements and edit videos of organizational activities.
