Job Description

Field Sales: Conduct visits to clients in assigned areas, including hospitals, pharmacies, and retail customers, to introduce and present products.
E-commerce Management: Oversee and manage online sales channels on various major platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, Google Maps 24 shopping, and LINE Official.
Customer Engagement: Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls to coordinate with clients, both existing and potential (Telesales/Telemarketing).
Internal Coordination: Collaborate with the technical team when customers encounter issues with products or when customers wish to bring products in for repair at the retail location.
After-Sales Service: Provide after-sales support, offering advice and services to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Prepare essential sales documents, such as quotations and invoices in the Express system.
