Job Description

  • • Allocate staff within the store each day for optimal efficiency.
  • • Conduct stock counts and order sufficient raw materials to meet daily sales.
  • • Stimulate sales in the service sector.
  • • Oversee all aspects within the store, from the quality standards of raw materials received from suppliers or directly from headquarters, to the receipt of goods at the branch and the proper storage methods for raw materials, as well as the correct standards for preparing raw materials until food orders are delivered to customers.
  • • Control Cost of Goods (COG) and Cost of Labor (COL) to remain within company guidelines.
  • • Market and promote various promotions using TIKTOK.
  • • Propose methods to increase sales to management.
  • • Analyze customer data and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategy design.
  • • Coordinate with management and report daily sales figures.
  • • Manage stock and order raw materials in accordance with customer volume on a daily basis and during each festive season.
