Job Description

Repair and replace excavator buckets and troubleshoot hydraulic systems. - Dismantle and assemble hydraulic cylinders, replace seals, bleed oil, and change filters. - Repair grab trucks, including hydraulic systems and forward/reverse gears. - Repair and maintain tractors, such as replacing radiators, engine oil, and electrical systems. - Analyze and resolve engine shutdown issues (fuel/electrical systems). - Repair attachments such as rippers, soil blades, cutting blades, and rubber wheels. - Repair and maintain sugarcane harvesters (radiators, blades, conveyor chains). - Inspect and maintain machinery systems (Hydraulic / Preventive Maintenance). - Support work planning, task assignment, and progress tracking. - Oversee the requisition of spare parts and equipment while recording data in Excel. - Plan and control budgets for each assigned project. - Summarize and monitor project budgets after completion, comparing actual expenses with allocated budgets. - Participate in task assignments to the team based on skill appropriateness.
