Job Description

  • Paperless registration services, providing assistance and guidance to clients during the registration/modification of documents, verifying the accuracy of the document sets submitted by clients, managing queues, and offering support to international clients registering their information.
  • Postal and logistics tasks, including checking incoming parcels to ensure compliance with legal regulations and identifying restricted items, verifying shipping documents, monitoring vessel arrivals/departures, data entry, document processing, and assisting colleagues as needed.
