Job Description

  • - Assess the quality of incoming raw materials by measuring pH, %Brix, %moisture, and conducting sensory evaluations.
  • - Evaluate the quality of mixed products by measuring pH, %Brix, %moisture, and conducting sensory evaluations.
  • - Prior to packing, verify the quality during the packaging of finished products by checking the manufacture date and expiration date on the envelope and side of the box.
  • - Check the weight of the product and seal it by applying water pressure.
  • - Prepare documents, including magnetic calibration records, pH change records, inspection reports for finished products, Pack 1 and Pack 2, cleanliness inspection records for the production line, records for allergen substances, and records for chemical withdrawals.
