Job Description

  • Responsible for IT Support within the organization, providing guidance and troubleshooting for Hardware, Software, and Network issues for users. Oversee the installation and maintenance of computer equipment such as PCs, Notebooks, Printers, and various peripherals, as well as the installation and management of software used within the company, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Winspeed, and SAP. Possess fundamental knowledge of networking systems such as Internet, Wi-Fi, LAN, and basic Network devices, including data backup (Backup) and coordination with external vendors for IT system maintenance and support.
