Job Description :
- Laboratory Management
1. Laboratory Management & Standards Control : Serve as Technical Manager ensuring all lab operations comply with ISO/IEC 17025:2017, reference standards and legal requirements, including leading Internal Quality Audits.
2. Quality Documentation : Authorize, review and update QP, WI and Test methods to ensure alignment with the latest international standards.
3.Resource & Budget Management: Strategically plan and allocate laboratory resources to ensure continuous and efficient testing operations.
4. Regulatory Compliance : Manage the registration and renewal of the Certificate of Notification for Production of Pathogens and Animal Toxins in accordance with the Pathogens and Toxins Act.
5. Environmental Management : Manage wastewater treatment operations for maximize efficiency, ensuring treated effluent quality achieves 100% compliance with Department of Industrial Works regulations.
6.Team Management : Define annual KPIs and conduct performance evaluations, including Individual Development Plans to analyze potential and enhance team competencies.
7. Research Project Management : Manage collaborative research projects with external consultants while mentoring and supervising interns to resolve operational issues and optimize production efficiency.
- Food Safety & Quality Assurance
1. Quality System Team : Serve as an Internal Auditor and a key member of the Food Safety Culture team, conducting comprehensive training on GHPs, HACCP and FSSC 22000 standards for staff to ensure consistent product safety.
2. Hazard Control Verification : Perform hazard analysis across production processes, while verifying and validating the effectiveness of CCPs and OPRPs to mitigate consumer health risks.
3. Environmental Monitoring Program : Manage and assess risks through Swab test, Air test and Water quality analysis, including trend analysis for continuous improvement.
4. Quality Verification : Coordinate annual accredited external laboratory testing for products, raw materials and water, verifying compliance with corporate standards and legal requirements to ensure product safety.
