Experience on LAN, Internet, Conference, Avaya IP Phone. • Experience on Software & Hardware Ext. Lotus Note, SAP GUI. • Experience on Installing window server 2003 and window server 2008. • Experience on Microsoft office, Photoshop, Illustrator. • Fair command of English communication. • Work hard and good responsibility. • Good personality and co-operating with other - Off-site & On-site support to monitor and maintain monitor Product and network. - Provide front line IT support to customers and ensure that support are dealt with promptly and appropriate. - Provide pro-actively information to users on the progress of outstanding issues Install and configure OS and/or application software to agreed standard / solution. - Maintain existing Hardware, Software, peripheral and configurations to standard by perform upgrades, new installation and carry out standard routine procedure. - Log update support calls and document their outcome to facilitate the resolution of common queries.
