Financial - Plan, Monitor and control fixed and variable cost budget for the safe, reliable and efficient running of the site both bagging and warehouse in order to establish cost effective operation. - Source supplier of goods and services with procurement to get competitive rates, through negotiation and specification in order to obtain quality products or labor for the use in bagging and maintenance programs. - Control raw and packing material stocks in efficient in manner in order to ensure economic utilization of working capital. People Management - Organize, train, develop and motivate the bagging team in order to achieve department objective. Manpower Management: - Responsible for manpower planning, forecast and actual hiring following the company policy and strategy considering the optimum solutions for production, quality, schedule and cost. - Responsible for manpower, within responsible section, follows production procedures and job descriptions, basic disciplines and company regulations. - Responsible for the manpower efficiency and quality. New Experienced/Learning: - Training production process for CPVC compound and pellet (Premix, Hot and Cold mixing and Extruder machine) at Taiwan. - Understood for Industrial Estate Authorize of Thailand (IEAT) Process about permits for new factory. - Understood steps in establishing new plant which has civil and building work, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning and test operation.
