My job description in this position : 1. I work by MCS. It's from Management Control System. I always follow every operator person to Head department for work in process of Company by (1.forecast 2.plan 3.control 4.reporting) 2. In my system have 3 ways - Compliance : It's mean person who work in my system and start to receive knowledge. I follow by audit & monitor activity from person. - Understanding : It's mean after all person in my system receive knowledge. Next step , I will follow them. How many person understanding and ready to action. - Usage : After i know them receive knowledge & Understanding in every process and they ready to take action. I will follow every person take action in every department since operator person to head department by my line walk audit & monitor all of process every day. That's is my system for management control system. And other my responsibility. I follow all head department make them slide presentation for meeting in every week about problem and find solution for every department. Every month i will follow every department make them slide presentation for report to CEO from India. And I always report and contract all observation all of week & Month to my boss at India every day and follow every person in this company take action in every process. Also , audit every process from person. Are they have line walk and working in process or not? If have problem in some where. I will follow capture that point and bring every problem discuss in daily meeting with head department immediately. Every my process talk in English language only because CEO. , COO. and head department are India person also. So, my language in speak(Fair) , write(Good) and listen(Fair). I always receive order from agent and make order in program and send order to factory. 2. After that i will contract to Factory in every process of my order. And follow every person who responsibility in my order for complete that in time. 3. After order complete. I will send order to customer by 2 way. Ship & Air. Achievement: I can take care base customer & success goal of company. Every customer will receive good service from company. Reason for Leaving: Back to home town for take care family and get new job and more salary.
