1.Supports operations by coordinating and implementing administrative systems e.g. routing office communication, security system, housekeeping, and engineering support. 2.Control and assign corporate assets and office inventory. 3.Work closely with Procurement team to prepare office supply and furniture to support company operation. 4.Prepare report, memos, and documents of all GA concerns. 5.Monitor incoming and outgoing documents e.g. mail faxes and courier deliveries/parcels. 6.Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment. 7.Coordinate and assess GA related outsourcing service performance. 8.Do all other tasks in the ordinary course of GA business which the Company reasonably considers necessary or proper in its interests
