Job Description :
Installing, configuring, testing and evaluating new service and firmwares for new equipment. Configuring access and core network devices. Monitoring and maintaining network device. Rapidly coordinating a good working relationship with vendors and other related teams. Troubleshooting system and network problems and solving incidents that caused by the hardware or software faults such as rong configuration on access or core network devices Software bug of access and core network device ardware failures Individual problems Identifying resolving malfunctions pertaining to system incident that escalated from 1st tier. Collaborating with customer, 1st tier technical support, vendors and other relate team. Determining the cause of issue and identifying areas the need to improve. Providing assistance in person or by phone or by email. Providing 7x24 on call technical support on a rotation.
