Outsource CPF IT Center Site, CP Tower Silom Bangkok • Troubleshooting of windows operating system. • Join Domain • Install and Support of use Software. - IBM lotus Note (Install, Set server and access data - SAP Gui740 (Set Connection and Basic Settings) - Microsoft office (2010-2013-2016-2019-2021). - MS 365 E1, E3 (Outlook, One Driver, Share point). - VPN (Sonic wall, Pulse secure, Global protect). - Support of use Citrix Workspace, Access server on remote desktop computer connection. - Check for Driver computer, Printer and Copier. - Video Conference (MS Teams, Avaya, Vroom, Zoom). - Scan virus (Symantec endpoint protection and Trend Micro Apex One). • Check for pirated programs and alert computer viruses including ways to correct and prevent. • Access internet and Wi-Fi by the organization's policy. • Check Account domain on active directory. • Check current status employee’s, Reset/Unlock password account domain on IBM lotus note and. • Solve the problems by remote monitor (Team Viewer) • Create tickets the list of problems reported to the system or forward to the responsible admin team. • Coordinate with admin and system teams. • Training new employees.
