-Handled import shipments into store's branch in Cambodia, Malaysia,Singapore,Vietnam and India. -Handle shipments export from HK, Belgium, UK, CN and TH that import to our overseas shop. -Checking import documents such as INV, PL, import declarations form of those countries, AWB, BL Truck bill, CO, Import Duty and etc. -Collaborate with forwarder agent to confirm declarations form and delivery of all shipment. -Negotiate freight quotation for every ship mode. -Maintain status report of all issues for release of all goods from customs.-Perform all record keeping processes and maintain records of all entry.-Coordinate with various team to establish all transportation costs and planning for shipment schedule.-Assist to obtain all required import permits and export licenses for all processes such as Cosmetic license.-Monitor and provide response to all custom inquiries and requests certifications for custom clearance. -Issue costing for duty and tax payment and check billing cost.
