- Check all work during the day by e-mail, Line, Line@ and salesforce - Record the attendance time of the team. - Check Inbound, Outbound, Abandoned calls in report. - Track team's overtime hours. - Attend three project meetings per week. - Prepare slide data for presentation. - Schedule work in a team and manage annual leave or various holidays - Decide on product claims, Check claim documents and coordinate the relevant departments. - Evaluate the KPI of the team members.
