รายละเอียดงาน :

1. Monitor agreed manufacturing efficiency rates are maintained such as cycle time, quality, lost time analysis. 2. Recommend and coordinate improvements that will result in an improvement in manufacturing efficiency such as Lean improvement activities. 3. Advise and help concerned parties to establish clear procedures for monitoring and improvement of efficiency. Report potential issues that may impact capacity and efficiency to the Senior Management Team. 4. Monitor and report on key manufacturing KPI’s, manpower & expense calculation, departmental access database maintain/update, build position monitoring and build plan change review with the suggestion provided. 5. Calculate, monitor and control manpower and overtime follow forecasting. 6. Improve and balance production line to increase production target. Calculate and confirm the capacity of production for presenting product and new model. 7. Check consumable stock to purchase order within the budget.
