1.receive document ( invoice – packing list – other detail ) from customer and follow documents from ship liner to prepare shipping document for customs. 2.verify correctness of document-goods, weight, customer name to be used for draft import entry. 3.provide detail for check HS code, licenses,permit, if any,and check the privilege documents. 4.apply permit - license from government agency such as DOA,TISI,RFD,NBTC,DIT,DLD for import procedure. 5.draft import entry , Submit permits form Including checking for accuracy before sending to customers. 6.follow up on DUTY-TAX payments,do clearance cost and duty-vat to the accounting department, and sign entry to customs paperless system. 7.coordinate with shipping team, check vessel arrival date, to plan customs clearance, and update prepare clear plan to customer - including checking for Freetime DEM/DET Storage. 8.update plan customs clearance –DO release , status arrive – delivered to customer to provide correct information. 9.track truck and provide transport information to customers. Solve specific problems that arise, such as not delivery on time,repair charge, traffic busy or unexpected event and explain to customer. 10.after the delivery completed, submit necessary documents for customers such as 0409, customs receipt, special expenses, overtime, repair costs, if have. 11.gather documents for Closejob(billing) check correctness of receipt and put to FMS system, submit billing to accounting and send back to customer. 12.provide other services as requested by customers, request additional documents, making payments, and get feedback to improve service even better.
