Represent as English speaker- Call Center among 3 staffs to serve foreigner customer - Provided detailed of bank’s products i.e. deposit, cheque, Tele/Net bank, debit card, verified by VISA regarding to customer query - Investigate possible fraud transactions on Debit card withdrawal and reach out to customer to verify the transactions, if fraud occurred, will operate to block card usage. - Guiding customer in NetBank application’s setting on technical issues i.e. Forget Username/Password, PromptPay money transfer, and Credit Card payment. - Manage and handled customer complaints via call center channel and coordinate with other department to rectify and solve the customer’s problem - Summarized incident report and hand over to next staff for both shifts (Day/Night) to ensure all information completely gathered and properly handled to them.
