Period: Aug 2012 to Jan 2018 Position: HR&GA Supervisor Latest Salary: THB 48,000per Month (Included normal and overtimes) Responsibilities: 1. To do activity budget plan for each year. 2. To be leader of special activities, e.g. Children's Day/Bood Donation/Songkran Traditional/Football Competition/Songkran Traditional/Volley Ball Competition/Mid-Year Party/Year End Party ,etc. 3.To do uniform for employees budget plan for each year. 4.Summary cost of all company'sTransportation Service and plan to reduce the expense cost for each month. 5.Plan and manage company Transportation Service to appropriate with quantity of the employee. I used to manage the 65 bus and 45 vans in my job. 6.Check all vehicle condition of the supplier every 3 months. 7.Summary all problem about Transportation Service for every month and inform to management and feed back to supplier. 8.Control and reduce the cost of a special Transportation Service request, e.g. airport pickup for customer , support employee for out site training , support employee for out site meeting with customer , etc. 9. Plan and distribute plan to all Transportation Service driver for each day 10. Summary cost of Transportation Service for management. and cost of toll fee for each month 11. Proceed to reimbursement for car washing , engine oil change or check car in service center. 13. Register for employee car, set record system and create sticker mark for using car park authorize approval. 14. To do gardening equipment budget plan for each year. and Arrange the garden area around the company 15.Visiting sick staff Period: Aug 2004 to Jan 2012 Position: Production Supervisor Responsibilities: 1.Maintain output (Finished Good) in accordance with time schedules, engineering specifications, quality standards, and employee safety. 2.Supervise and coach teams to follow corporate policies and procedures for the manufacturing environment; 3.Foster innovation, coordinate multiple priorities and develop effective solutions. 4.Support, participate in and meet the company overall objectives, goals and strategies. 5.Submit production report to the production manager and all concerns.
