Project Management for Toyota Client
Responsible for managing and overseeing projects from requirement gathering (Detail Requirement) to project handover. The projects involve logistics, part pricing for vehicles, and the import and export of automotive parts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Detail Requirement Documentation: Create detailed requirement documents specifying the functions, business flow, message logs, and input checks for each function.
2. Daily Plan: Develop daily work plans for each phase of the project.
3. Environment Setup: Prepare the development environment, including code repository, CI/CD pipeline (Argo), and server (Openshift).
4. Program Development: Collaborate with the tech stack team to develop programs using NestJS, ASP.net, OracleDB, SQL, and CI pipeline.
5. System Testing: Conduct system testing with the team (Unit testing) and automate tests (API Dog tool, JMeter).
6. Integration Testing: Perform system integration testing, including automated tests (API Dog tool, JMeter).
7. Business and Performance Testing: Coordinate business and performance testing with the team before handover to the client for their testing.
8. Support and Bug Fixing: Provide support and resolve issues or bugs in the system.
9. Progress Reporting: Prepare and deliver weekly progress reports to the client detailing development and testing activities.
10. Project Handover: Complete the project handover, including preparing manuals and handover documents for the client.
11. Resource Coordination and Risk Assessment: Coordinate resource requests and assess risks during project development.
Project Management:

The current position is a Project Manager, responsible for the Jobfinfin system, covering areas of team management, project management, and development. The responsibilities per role are as follows: Team Management: The team consists of 9 members, including 5 Frontend developers and 4 Backend developers. Developer: The main role involves developing features to support the team and consulting on solutions for system development. Responsibilities include using and preparing CICD (Jenkins) for the team to support deployment and reduce errors, preparing servers (Linux) on the cloud (Digital Ocean), and setting up Nginx for proxy_pass support. Notable achievements include using Nginx as a load balancer to support A/B testing, setting up environments with Docker containers for software management, and PM2 (which has not yet been migrated to Docker). Kubernetes is set up to support auto-scaling. The frontend development languages are ReactJS and VueJS, while the backend uses NestJS and Node (ExpressJS). MongoDB is used for the database.
