Ensures timely and quality service delivery to clients. - Creates work orders and assigns work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors and vendors - Communicates work orders to technicians and assists management in resolving problems. - Provides reports on open and closed work orders and checks status with the appropriate technician or vendor. - Maintains files on work orders, proposals, and department files. - Creates vendor files and checks accuracy on completed paperwork submitted by vendors. - Trains vendors on work order and billing procedures. Processes invoices and ensures proper cost center coding. - Assists with the inspections on the facility campus - Uses pc and/or PDA for work order system, email, ESS and training - Other duties may be assigned

- Prepare documentaries such as customer records, emails, invoices, inventory reports, summary promotions/discounts, customer inquiry documents, petty cash, all ISO 9001:2015 document forms, and other correspondence - Ensure that all databases and reports are updated, exact, and recorded in time - Prepare the daily and monthly summary reports - Provide an exceptional level of customer service and engage with all potential existing customers to ensure that all their needs and requests are taken care of - Provide consultations to all prospects/leads by identifying building up their needs, handling objections, and recommending - Recommend marketing initiatives responding to local needs to drive sales - Arrange the customer's booking and confirm the booking daily - Assist with recruitment for open positions - Assist with any other functions necessary to the efficient running of the organization
