1. Process Optimization & Yield Improvement
- Monitor and analyze process parameters for Anodizing and Powder Coating lines to ensure product consistency.
- Diagnose root causes of surface defects and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions to prevent recurrence.
- Drive initiatives to improve production yield, successfully achieving yield increases of 3% for anodizing and 5% for powder coating.
- Execute energy-saving projects, such as transitioning from Hot Seal to Cold Seal processes in anodizing lines.
2. Cost Management & Procurement
- Manage the annual operating budget for chemical consumables, powder paints, and packing materials.
- Lead negotiations with local and international suppliers to secure competitive pricing, achieving significant annual cost reductions (approx. 3.5 MB/year).
- Identify alternative solutions for waste management, including sourcing new sludge disposal suppliers to reduce wastewater treatment costs.
3. Packing & Logistics Development
- Design and redesign packing standards and materials to balance product protection with cost efficiency.
- Analyze packing workflows to improve customer processing time and reduce material waste

- Develop the PVC stabilizer product such as Lead stabilizer, Calcium/Zinc stabilizer etc. - Develop other polymer additive such as Zinc borate (Flame retardant), impact modifier etc. - Develop liquid and powder lubricant such as pipe joint lubricant, Wire pulling lubricant, anti slip agent for rubber - Use tools or equipment to test and compare the product properties such as torque rheometer test, UV-Xenon test, Melt flow index test, Impact strength test, Universal tensile test, Volume resistance test, Thermal stability test, Injection machine etc.
