Proven hands-on experience with FortiGate Firewall, Aruba & Ubiquiti Access Points, UniFi network devices, Cisco & HPE switches, and Dell PowerEdge servers.

Provide daily end-user support by analyzing and resolving issues related to hardware, software, servers, and internet/network connectivity.

Installed and configured internet routers, Domain Controller (DC) servers, File Servers (FS), core switches, edge switches, FortiGate firewalls,
Cloud Key controllers, access points, and Time Attendance & Access Control systems for project site offices to ensure efficient connectivity with head office servers.

Perform regular monitoring and health checks of IT systems, including access control systems, CCTV, wireless networks, email systems, UPS, and overall server status.

Administer Microsoft Exchange / Exchange Online, including mailbox management, mail flow configuration, and user support.

Manage user accounts for LINE Official Account, Microsoft Teams (Microsoft 365), LDAP-based VPN authentication, and Active Directory user accounts,
including assigning and controlling access permissions.

Conduct training for new employees on IT policies and procedures.
