Scheduling Long-Range plan (12 months), Medium Range plan (3-6 months), as well as Monthly (4 weeks), Weekly (2 weeks ahead) and Daily plan for Cutting, Stitching, Cemented as well as direct injection parts. • Maximizing Desma machine utilization with maximum output, also optimizing machine down time. • Engaging with IE to identify the bottlenecks of the entire process with an attempt to eliminate it in order to improve efficiency and productivity. • Managing and controlling Material Requirement dept. (MRP) to get expected raw materials arrival week to match it up with current demand and attempting to minimize current on-hand stock as much as possible. • Follow up tooling investment and article approval. Also, Reviewing on-hand tooling in case of insufficient resources. • Monitoring daily production output and make delivery shipment details.
