- Be an Administrator role in ERP and POS retailing program (Microsoft Navision 9.0). - Handle all 20+ branches which related to IT hardware and software. - Experience in Google Suite Business (Email, Google Apps & Drive) - Supporting the users in all desktop support issues (including provide remote support). - Install and troubleshooting to all Server, computers and other IT devices. - Monitoring network system including HQ and branches (Lease line & VDSL). - Setup and config CCTV in all branches with TV wall monitor at HQ. - Working individual with prioritise and manage many open cases at one time. - Cooperate with Marketing team to ensure that all promotion is working fine with POS system.
