-Scoring the quality of calls ,chat and email -Training, and preparing new agent to respond to customer questions and complaints and troubleshoot problems with services or products. -Answering agent questions regarding best practices or difficult calls. Monitoring and evaluating agent performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities, and taking corrective action, if necessary -relevant department to handle Customer complaint -Working with other supervisors and management team members to support agents to achieve the agreed SLA and KPI on customer handling and processing
