· Support, develop, and organize requirement delivery elements via requirements documentation, process flows, user stories as well as identifying capital and resource requirements for major IT projects. · Creating cost/benefit analyses in support of corporate projects while providing methods for management to assesses the financial impact of a decision to the bottom line. · Work with business units to define and document project scope, requirements, timelines, and expectations, and to report potential conflicts with other units to management for evaluation. · Identify project priority conflicts and report any issues affecting overall project delivery. · Identify key functional elements and requirements as well as developing processes and procedures for reporting to management the results of implemented projects for evaluation. · Develop and report on recruiting KPI metrics and hiring progress to executives and senior leadership on a consistent basis. · Create and manage project plans including scrum meetings according to Agile Development methodologies. · Provide consulting support on all data-related solutions (program design, report design, data feed design, data aggregation, etc.). · Play an active role in business reviews, especially in reviewing analytical findings and in strategic planning discussions. · Take data, understand it, process it, extract value from it, and communicate if visually / verbally to team members and key stakeholders throughout the organization. · Design analytics and reporting deliverables, especially around data visualization best practices, and creation. · Work as a key interface point for key stakeholders, subject matter experts, and the development team to identify, discuss, and resolve any issues related to functional system delivery · Communicate project status to stake holders and executives. · Follow the company Code of Ethics and inContact policies and procedures at all times. · Communicate in an effective and professional way with customers in and outside of inContact. · Drive quality, compliance, and rapid response to customer or business issues. · Progressive knowledge and demonstrated use of business analysis methodologies and tools. · Skilled at identifying and assessing opportunities. Provides definitive point of view and recommendations from analysis. · Ability to translate customer feedback and other inputs into product features and solutions Provide onsite customer training and professional services. · Deliver web-based training sessions for customers and prospects. · Educate and train the sales force in the features and use of NPM products. · Provide proactive support to customers and prospects. · Other related duties as assigned.
