- Record the task lists in KEWIL for D/O express. - To issue PR or Cash Advance and documents for get D/O from the liner /agent. - To arrange D/O to CS Paperless for customs clearance (HHE and HOA) and Customs Broker of Consignee. - To collect D/O receipt to account department. - To follow deposit container back from the liner / agent. - Receive and follow Pre-alert from the overseas agent. - Prepare manifest to liner / agent before deadline. - Create the insurance.

รายละเอียดงาน :

- Record the task lists in the system and confirm the carrier documents with the carrier agent. - Operate the procedure of expense reimbursement. - Create the letter for exchange and the order of delivery order. - Create the insurance. - Control stock inventory management, pack the products, close the label and schedule and date to conform and cut off the containers. - Create the letter for exchange the delivery order and the deposit for the containers. - Coordinate with shipping agencies, customs, and relevant government agencies to collect the shipping documents, including BL, Packing list and COO. - Liaise with warehouse/factory to send the shipments. - Support documentation and customs clearance for all imported - export finished goods. - Cooperate with internal and external parties. - Coordinate plan and development of fixed-routes, demand-response, services, and transit assets.

- Identify items and containers of incoming - outgoing shipments and verify them against consignment records. - Provide the invoice packing list and checkup the customs entry form. - Examine the shipping documents and verify cargo to be released. - Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship). - Receive, store and issue goods. - Record and track stock levels, monitor the distribution of stock, and maintain stock records. - Coordinate with people or related departments in the organization.
