• Production Planning & W/O issues according to forecast & shipment plan in SAP • Planning & control materials require /usage to be matched with the production build plan • Monitor F/G, balance of open / closed of work order and material to be matching with demand • Cooperate with Production’s team and Store to perform WIP Inventory control / checking. • Update/Verify Standard Capacity base on machines / tooling with man-power requirement. • Monitor / Verify Productivity Report ( Labor Cost Efficentcy ) • BOM Data entry in SAP and coordinate with Engineering / SCM if any change request in BOM • Co-operate with concern Department such as SCM, Eng., QA, Finance, HRS, as well as • With Datamars headquarters to ensure the productivity gone smoothly. • Assist & report to Sr. Production Planner and Sr. Production Manager in other related assignment • Maintain good safety / discipline / housekeeping practice by follow up the 5S • Participant in Company activities, cost saving program, suggestion etc.
