Job Description :

1.Responsible for quality control and approval of incoming raw
materials and packaging for manufacturing process.
2.Perfumes physical and chemical testing on raw materials, including
working standards as assigned by the QC Supervisor, according to
raw material specifications within a timely manner to meet
production planning.
3.Prepare documentation of Quality Control as required by GMP
(e.g., Specifications,Test Procedures, Test Reports, Certificates of
Analysis).
4.Calibrate testing apparatus as per the scheduled assignment.
Check the expiration date of testing solutions and volumetric
solutions as scheduled.
5.Responsible for requesting primary reference standards to prepare
working standards.
6.Maintain testing apparatus as assigned by the QC Supervisor.
7.Prepare and revise relevant work instruction as assigned.
8.Responsible for standardization of volumetric solutions.
9.Perform sampling of raw materials as per the given procedures
when required.
10.Collect standard assay man-hours of raw materials and report to
the QC Supervisor.
