-Training to provide knowledge about safety for new employee and subcontractors. -Conducting safety inspection and site evaluation of contractor. -Inspection safety equipment such as Fire extinguisher, Fire alarm, Emergency light system, Fire evacuation way and Supporting Emergency response plan. -Investigate and report of accident case. -Inspection about Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) -Responsibility about chemical handling and environment accordance with ISO14001. -Conducting safety for X-ray radiation (OSL) -Assessing and analyzing the area and hazards in the operation. -Making a safety committee meeting and report. -Risk Assessment (JSA) -Preparing reports to Department of Labour Protection and Welfare suchas Anual Environment Measurement report and Safety operation report.
