- Seeking new opportunities, new clients, and new products to support company jumping growth. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. - Co-operating with agents to achieve sales target (agent in Australia, Poland, and Korea). - Negotiate trade terms, commercial terms, and conditions with clients. - To calculating costs and profits. - To propose the prices to clients and agents. - Issue Proforma Invoice. - Coordinate with the factory regarding product orders and quality. - Coordinate with the factory to make sure the stocks are allocated properly and shipped as planned. - Coordinate with an internal and external organization for shipment purposes (Advance, Balance, Artwork, Loading, Export documents, etc.) - Negotiation and coordination with the freight forwarder. - Coordinate with the shipping agent company for shipment booking and handle the export shipment. - Ensure a smooth booking and documentation. - Managing all export documents for shipments (Commercial invoice, Packing list, B/L, etc.) - Managing and ensure that all export documents are completed and forward to the bank and consignee on time. - Other jobs as assigned by the managing director and business development manager.
