- Perform Lead supervisor day to day assigned and perform team to ensure that overall passenger service operations run smoothly and efficiently, in line with the Customer airlines requirement - Create roster and revise in case lack of manpower or any special case required by airlines customer and time attendance such as flight has been delay, sick leave and etc. - Record and update over time and leave - Training product and policy of each airline - Update airline information and announcement to the colleague - Resolve a problem and preventive action to manager
