for CBRE (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (on site Chevron Thailand Bangkok) 1.Meeting room and Event Arrangement - Manage meeting room booking request daily for event or meeting from more than 10 departments of chevron Thailand. - Coordinate with technician or vendor to provide meeting requirements such as Table and chair type, projector, LCD or VC Screen, microphone, plugs, Internet Lan, stage, pop up etc. - Coordinate food and beverage arrangement with external vendor to provide food and clean up 2.Parking Card Request Arrangement - Manage and provide car parking card for Chevron stuff (more than 1,500 person) - Record and monitor car parking card information such as add new car, change car plate etc. - Coordinate with the building department about contract, payment and record. - Coordinate and monitor car parking area inside the building and solve daily the problem. - Manage and coordinate over-night parking request with building department. 3.Site Service Coordination - Manage overtime air monthly summary and request by receive the form and send to Building Department and coordinate with security guard and technician. - Receive and coordinate daily phone call or email for site service request such as meeting room set up, janitor work, furniture repair, air conditioner temperature set up, office relocation etc.
