• Supervise and direct quality assurance technicians/auditors who are responsible for enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices and other quality-related policies in order to meet product quality standards. • Collaborate with production team and monitor all processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement. • Follow up with implemented food safety programs to ensure compliance by all employees and other personnel in the manufacturing facility. • Assist in investigating and correcting quality-related issues (including customer complaints) through collaboration with other departments. • Participate in all regulatory, third party and customer audits and inspections, and corrective action response. • Share knowledge, skills and information with other personnel in the Quality Systems & Regulatory Compliance Department and across functional areas. • Develops, monitors systems and analysis of the performance of quality measurement data (e.g. Standard Operation Procedure, Specification, Certificate of Analysis and NC report). • Created KPIs monthly report to present analyzed data of Quality Systems Management. • Perform other duties as directed by the Quality Systems Management.
