Overseeing the project starting from the project timeline, budget control, coordinate with a subcontract for the construction process. 3. Overseeing all on-site construction and monitor project progress to ensure that it meets business policy and project schedule planning. 4. Inspecting all contractors on work progression for each phase. 5. Report on project status and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule. 6.Monitors calendar and time schedules, advises of potential delays and risks. 7. Communicate with client, designer and team to ensure all required information is received in a timely manner. 8. Manage project requisitions and invoices to include reviewing and approval of payment applications.

1. Coordinate with clients, rest of consultants, and technical teams. 2. Create main Concept and Design Development of Interior Design. 3. Manage project timeline, deliverables, and resources. 4. Constant contact with product suppliers, materials, furniture, and equipment for the latest information. 5. Site monitoring and supervision support for completion of the project. Work closely with the designer teams. 6. Responsible for designing, 3D drawings (Sketch up) and 2D drawings (Auto CAD) according to the assignment.
