Description: Lead project manager to coordinate with suppliers, design solutions and prepare information to propose the project - Design and development of mechanical parts for pipeline and tubes inspection equipment - Research new materials and methods of development - Prepare all drawings and documentation for manufacturing - Assembly and perform physical/functional testing on engineering prototypes - Ensure components and assemblies adhere to applicable industry and business standards - Organize and maintain existing engineering records - Coordinate with Research and Development department to create new products and procedures - Coordinate with DPS to produce and prepare equipment for inspection - Base on product development plan, conduct basic development, drawing, prototype, negotiate with related sections for improvement and problem solution - Consult with fabrication teams during product manufacturing, advising them on design specifications and providing physical assistance when required - Calculate cost estimates for final product designs, and release reports to supervisors, incorporating costs of labor, material, delivery and overhead - Design New the tool for company.
