Responsibilities: Ground Team Lead - Coordinated with Operations Team to adjust headcount requisition and manage ground team to fill manpower target. - To screen and identify the right candidates for a job vacancy through a phone interview. - Arranging interviews and coordinating between operations team and candidates and acting as a communication channel till the recruiting process is completed with both sides’ satisfaction. - Tracking weekly and monthly HC/requisition manpower. - Analyze overall recruitment data and report to HR Team Lead.
