- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate - Design modern of HR concept /HR innovation /Process initiative - Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required. - Create the Job description for additional position. - Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. - Manage overall recruitment and build sourcing pools of hi-potential candidates via a variety of effective channels such as Job Website, Recruiting Agencies, Social networks, Referral Program, University connection etc. - Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs - Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met. - Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. - Report Submission as such Manpower record, Turn Overate, Competitor Benefit survey - Evaluation, Monitoring, OKR setting with all head functional - Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. - Employee Engagement
