• Responsible of 50 accounts of multinational company such as Nissan, Sharp, Mitsubishi, Toyota Daihatsu Engineering and Manufacturing Co., Ltd (TDEM), LIXIL Coportation- Tostem Thai Co., Ltd, and etc. Key account team comprise of 3 persons and responsible 70% of company sales revenue. • Conduct monthly business review with key global accounts for improving the service level and provide the solution to meet their requirements. • Consolidate the report of vessel schedule to customers by co-ordinate internally with other branches of Evergreen Shipping in South East Asia Region: Malaysia, Singapore Indonesia, Vietnam, Taiwan and South American Region: Brazil, Argentina. • Monitoring, co-operating and solving problems with others branch office in many regions such as Malaysia, Vietnam, Brazil, Indonesia and head quarter in Taiwan to satisfy the customer need and requirements. • Ensuring the adequate container to serve customers as vessel schedule by closely co-operating with the local operational logistic department. • Standby 24 hours a week to solve the emergency issues occurred by unexpected incidents.
