methodologies, and equipment utilization, to achieve maximum efficiency
and meet customer requirements effectively.
• Designed and maintained manufacturing processes and product quality
standards to optimize resource utilization (programs, equipment, machines,
and cycle time), resulting in a 10% increase in overall production efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvements initiatives focused on enhancing First
Pass Yield (FPY) and reducing in-process scrap rate.
• Lead and supported internal, customer, and third-party audits
(e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) to ensure full regulatory
compliance and operational quality.
• Developed and presented detailed weekly and monthly reports and
presentations focusing on production efficiency gains, First Pass Yield
(FPY) improvements, and work environment enhancements to
management.
