Responsible to product range as POCT, rapid test, lab supply and equipment. - Prepare and collect documents for registration submission to Thai FDA and renewal the license. - Liaison with supplier about marketing information, technical issue, document registration and sale forecast order, including price negotiation. - Prepare TOR and other related documents for E-bidding - To provide marketing tool, related documents, demonstration and training for sales team and customers. - Handling demand and sale forecast determining manage inventory needs to optimize sales. - Gathering market research to evaluate trends and competition. - Promoting companies products to identified and prospective customers. - Give suggestion as well as follow up sales team and service team. - Coordinate with supplier, customer and handle users' entire problem to satisfy customer satisfaction.

Product Specialist; - Seeking new products and perform the evaluation of each product for making local market. - Contact Thai Food and Drug Administration (Thai FDA) /related government section for import license registration process. - Create marketing tools for sale-team support. - Provide, support documents as about diagnostic test products and perform training/demonstration for sale representative and customer. - Handle complaints and ensure satisfactory solutions are obtained for both customers and Company.

Diagnostic kit; - Analysis, monitoring, and cooperation with marketing team for identify market requirement. - Focus on the diagnostic test products which are based on immune-chromatographic assay and urine analyzer. - Provide, support documents as about diagnostic test products and perform training/demonstration for sale representative and customer. - Be responsible for creating brochures or others documents for marketing activities such as booth exhibitions, workshops/seminars. - Support the customers in regard to the technical problems on product responsible. - Serve as the customer complain center, investigation, testing and report to customer or supplier. - Communicate to supplier for consulting as technical support. Others; - Serve as the Chief of Quality Control for i+MED Laboratories’s factory, concentrating on the quality of all products and/or R&D project. - Searching an interesting product for making the new market in Thailand. - Consultants for production planning, monitoring product in the stock and coordinator the production between head office and factory. - Regulatory Affairs, submitting the diagnostic device to Thai FDA - Seeking the new medical device product - Handle as about blood collection tube product and other lab supplies which directly import by i+MED company.
