Production • Control production plan, Manpower allocation, Production process & Product Quality. • Control and set plan to improve OEE of production Auto line. • Training to the new operator refer to WI process in production line. • Monitor daily production output/ efficiency and summary by daily report to concern section. • Coordinate with QC department, daily products quality issues. Analyze problem, find the root cause (8D) when found abnormal issue in process and take effective action to improve quality and prevent to re-occurrence the problem • Setup and issue document standard in each production line. • Participate in safety audit, safety inspection, accident and incident investigation. • Comply with standardized work and process discipline (safety, 5S, quality, work instructions…) Management • Organize for each team members, work, specific tasks and responsibilities as per production objectives. • Provide feedback to team members to develop continuous improvement (KAIZEN, IDEA CHALLENGE) for Cost saving, Man power reduction, Cost of product reduction. • Support implementation of company continuous improvement strategies. • Monitor report and analyze daily production performance following company KPI. Other • Contac.t to the supplier for continuous improvement (KAIZEN, IDEA CHALLENGE) and perform verification and qualification activities for new tooling and improve the machine to be safe Also improve the noise in the production process to be within the standard.
